Welcome to the website of the South West Football Association.
We are one of four divisions making up the Mississauga Football League in Mississauga, Ontario, Canada. Our league is one of a number of leagues in Ontario whose purpose is the development of young male and female athletes, within the sport of tackle football.

New for Spring/Summer 2011 - Flag Football for 7 - 10 Year Olds. - Only $150.00
Thinking about football for your child but not sure; what a great way to try it out this summer. Season starts at the end of May and ends at the end of July. This is a non contact developmental program. To register for this program please click "Summer Flag Registration" .
Fall Football 2011 - Full Tackle Football for Youth age 9-17! Over 40 Seasons of Tackle!
Cost $275.00 which includes the loan of all equipment
Our usual program
divisions now include an
all new (tyke - flag football division for
ages 7 and 8 at a cost of only $150.00.
Our other divisions have been renamed so as to match the naming policy
across Canada. Last years Tyke is now Atom, Atom is now Peewee, Peewee
is now Bantam and Bantam is now Junior Varsity.
Practice starts mid-August
and the season ends in mid-November. No experience necessary.
Players are assigned a team according to where they live. There

Congratulations!!!
All teams making up SWFA have completed a very successful season. Particular mention must be made of the Atom Panthers and Bantam Raiders who each won league championships. This is the second year in a row for the Bantam Raiders and a first for the Atom Panthers who came back after two season losses to a strong SMFC Colts, and a half time deficit of two touchdowns to perform a second half upset and take the title.
The rest of our teams also had successful seasons with the Tyke Panthers improving on a great start last year and making it to the championship game where they lost a well fought battle to the SMFC Mavericks. The Atom Raiders, Peewee Raiders and Peewee Panthers all made it to the semi-finals but were unfortunately unable to come out on the winning end of very competitive games.
