How to Obtain a Refund
Refunds are available to players who leave football up to the third game of the season according to the following rules
Up to and including scrimmage day/official weigh-in - 100% less $15.00 administration fee
From Scrimmage Day until the 3rd game of the season - 50% less a $15.00 administration fee
To obtain your refund the following things must have occurred:
1- You must have returned all equipment, cleaned where applicable, and in good condition
2- The Head Coach must have informed the treasurer that the player has left football, when he/she did so and that the equipment has been returned
Please allow two weeks from this time to receive your refund which will be mailed to the parent/guardian of the player
If you have not received your refund in two weeks please check with the players head coach to make sure item 2 has occurred, if it has please contact our treasurer, Bill Hannah at 905-820-7450
